How many shades will I gain?

Does whitening damage enamel?

How long do the results last?
Typically 12 to 24 months. Tea, coffee, paan and smoking shorten that considerably.
Will my crowns and fillings whiten too?
No. Restorations keep their existing shade, which is why we whiten first and then match any replacements to the new colour.
In-clinic or take-home?

Can I whiten with braces on?
